Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the operator of UNIFY VPN ("we", "us") governing your access to and use of the UNIFY VPN service, apps, browser extension, Telegram bot, command-line tools, and website (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, starting your PREMIUM period, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

UNIFY VPN is a privacy and anti-censorship service that carries your network traffic through an encrypted tunnel to an exit server, hiding it from the network you are connected to. We operate no infrastructure that decrypts your traffic mid-stream; encryption is end-to-end between your device and the exit, with perfect forward secrecy on every supported configuration.

The Service is designed for people on restrictive networks. We make no promise that any given transport, server, or port will be reachable from any given network at any given time, because the networks we help you bypass actively change to block us.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Your account has no password. You sign in with a six-digit code sent to your email, with Google, or with Telegram, so there is no password for us to store or for anyone to steal. We send an email alert when your account is accessed from an unrecognised device, and you can revoke any session from your account dashboard.

One person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to extend free PREMIUM periods or evade limits is a breach of these Terms.

4. Features you can turn on

The app carries your traffic over VLESS with REALITY, using either TCP or XHTTP as the transport. It selects one automatically and falls back to another silently if the first is blocked. We do not promise that any particular transport, port or server will work on any particular network — silent fallback is how the Service copes with that, and it is why the transport you end up on may not be the one you started on.

Full Tunnel routes every application on the device through the tunnel. System Proxy routes only applications that honour the operating system proxy setting. In System Proxy mode, software that ignores that setting, such as some games and anything with its own network stack, keeps using your ordinary connection and your real IP address.

Split Tunnelling lets you name applications or destinations that should bypass the tunnel, typically banks, marketplaces or local services. Traffic you exclude is not protected: it leaves your device over your ordinary connection with your real IP address, exactly as if the Service were switched off. The exclusion list is yours and you can review it at any time.

The kill switch blocks traffic at the operating system filtering layer if the tunnel drops, so applications fail closed instead of quietly continuing unprotected. It is a best-effort protection: it cannot recall data already sent, and it cannot cover every failure mode, including an abrupt shutdown.

Multi-Hop sends your traffic through two of our servers in sequence, each with independent keys, so that no single machine sees both who you are and where you are going. It costs latency, typically twenty to thirty per cent, and it is off unless you turn it on.

Tor over VPN is opt-in per session. With it on, your traffic leaves our exit server through the Tor network instead of directly, and .onion addresses resolve. Tor is run by third parties and not by us: it is materially slower, we do not choose which exit node you get, and many sites block Tor outright. It is a tool for specific situations rather than a setting to leave on.

The ad, tracker and malware blocker has three settings — off, standard and strict — and works by refusing to resolve domains that appear on public blocklists, which we refresh daily. Because it filters by domain name, it cannot stop anything that connects straight to a hard-coded IP address or that resolves names through its own encrypted DNS. The lists are compiled by third parties and occasionally block more than intended; if something you need stops working, turn the blocker down or off.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: we do not inspect, log, or block what passes through the tunnel, and in return we ask that you do not use the Service for child sexual abuse material, spam, port-scanning, attacks on third parties, or attempts to identify or attack other UNIFY VPN users.

We may null-route a repeat abuser at the egress without inspecting their traffic. We do not otherwise monitor your activity.

6. PREMIUM period, plan, and billing

New accounts receive a 30-day PREMIUM period with no card required. After it ends you may subscribe to the PREMIUM plan to continue using the Service. Plan features and pricing are shown at checkout.

Billing is handled exclusively through our website and Telegram bot. We accept cards and bank transfers through LAVA; cryptocurrency, including TON, through our own on-chain payment processor; and Telegram Stars inside our Telegram bot. We are not billed through any App Store or Google Play, and no app-store billing applies.

Paid plans renew for the period you select. If a renewal payment fails, your subscription enters a three-day grace period before it is suspended; your account and data are retained so you can resume by paying.

7. Refunds

Because the Service is sold to individuals and consumed immediately, refunds are handled case by case. If the Service did not work for you, contact support before disputing a charge and we will try to make it right. Cryptocurrency payments, once confirmed on-chain, cannot be reversed by us.

8. Referral programme

You can invite other people with your referral link. A referral becomes qualified once the person you invited has connected at least once and has then stayed active for fourteen days from that first connection without being suspended.

Rewards are granted as additional PREMIUM time on your own account: five qualified referrals add one month, ten add three months, and twenty-five add one year. The rungs are cumulative, so reaching a higher one grants the reward for that rung as well.

Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be paid out, transferred or exchanged for anything else. Time that has already been added to your account is not taken back, but we may withhold a reward that has not yet been granted while an account is restricted or under review.

Referring yourself does not work. We detect and disqualify referrals where both accounts are used from the same device, and creating accounts in order to collect rewards is a breach of these Terms.

9. Privacy and no-logs

We do not log connection metadata. Session tables on the VPN edges live in RAM only and are never written to disk; we keep only aggregate counters (bytes per server). We cannot answer "who connected where" because that data does not exist.

What we do hold — your account record, subscription state, and payment references — is described in full in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

UNIFY VPN, including the name, logo, website, apps, browser extension, Telegram bot, and backend, is our property. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the duration of your subscription. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

11. Availability

We work to keep the Service reachable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Servers may be added, removed, or rotated; subscription URLs and cover domains rotate for censorship resistance. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or to protect the network.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will bypass any particular network restriction or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

A VPN is one layer of privacy, not total anonymity. You remain responsible for your own operational security.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNIFY VPN and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account dashboard; deletion completes within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate your account for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, including illegal use.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Operator and contact

The Service is run by an independent operator, not a registered company, and we do not assert a governing jurisdiction. UNIFY VPN operates no infrastructure and has no legal presence in the region whose censorship the Service is designed to bypass. Where your local law grants you consumer rights that cannot be waived, nothing here removes them.
